****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO GARRY BILLER, CONTRACTING OFFICER, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-AL-C, via email garry.biller@us.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. NOUN: Bulb Assembly, Senso; PRON: AX8T1203AX, NSN: 6685-01-563-9283, PN: 6913-836, Quantity: minimum 155 / maximum 955, five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH60 Turbine Engine (T-700). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Corpus Christi, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 155 each, 333 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 210 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 155 each, 222 DACA. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to Woodward Governor Company (CAGE CODE 66503) L, Woodward Governor Company (CAGE CODE 0JAU7) L and General Electric Company (CAGE CODE 99207) L because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
