Award(s) will be made on a firm fixed price basis by geographical area to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. The anticipated period of performance is September 15, 2008 through July 31, 2009 with an additional and three 12 month option periods. This procurement is being issued as Unrestricted.
