L’Office Rwandais des Recettes lance un Avis d’ Appel d’ Offres pour l'Acquisition de 10 Machines pour compter les billets de banque et 5 Machines pour tester les billets de banques. Le marché à conclure est constitué d'un seul lot indivisible.
La participation à la concurrence est ouverte à égalité des conditions à toutes les personnes physiques ou sociétés spécialisées dans le domaine. Les sociétés de droit Rwandais doivent être immatriculées au Registre de commerce du Rwanda.
Les soumissionnaires intéressés à concourir peuvent obtenir des informations supplémentaires et examiner les dossiers d'appels d'offres à l’Office Rwandais des Recettes (RRA) Division Administration B.P 3987 Tél.595595, 595596, Kigali - Rwanda, sis à Kimihurura, à partir du 18/08/2008 sur présentation d'un bordereau de versement de 5000 FRW non remboursables au guichet de l’Office Rwandais des Recettes (Non fiscal).
Les Offres bien dactylographiées, reliées convenablement et présentées en quatre exemplaires dont l'original et trois copies, sous peine d'être rejetées doivent être remises sous plis scellés à Madame la Commissaire Général de l’Office Rwandais des Recettes au plus tard le 17/09/2008 à 13 h30’
Les exemplaires seront glissés dans une enveloppe dite "enveloppe intérieure" portant le nom et l'adresse de la société. Cette dernière sera glissée dans une autre enveloppe dite "enveloppe extérieure", portant outre le numéro de référence de l'Appel d'Offres, la mention suivante :

TITLE: ACQUISITION OF 10 PROFESSIONNAL BANKNOTE COUNTER AND 5 TALKING MONEY DETECTORS.
FINANCING : RWANDA REVENUE AUTHORITY
The Rwanda Revenue Authority invites bidders to tender for the acquisition of 10 Professional Banking note Counter and 5 Talking Money detectors. The tender is comprised of one lot indivisible.
Participation in tendering procedures is open on equal conditions to individuals or companies specialized in the field. Companies registered in Rwanda must have a trading license issued in Rwanda.
Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) Division of Administration B.P 3987 Tél.595595, 595596, Kigali - Rwanda, from 18/08/2008. The bidder should present the receipt of 5000 RWF non-refundable deposited to the collector of non fiscal revenues at RRA.
The bid must be printed,date,signed,sealed and presented in four copies, including one « ORIGINAL » and 3 copies addressed to the Commissioner General of Rwanda Revenue Authority, Po.Box. 3987Kigali, Tender notice N°0161/RRA/2008, the deadline is fixed on the 17Th September 2008 at 1:30 pm.
The opening of bids will take place the same day at 2:30 pm in the meeting room of the Human Resources & Administration Department, 5Th flow, at RRA Headquarters, KIMIHURURA, Avenue du lac MUHAZI, in the presence of the representatives of bidders who choose to take part in it.
