TITLE: THE CENSUS FOR CIVIL SERVANTS

FINANCING: DFID

The Rwanda Public Procurement Authority in collaboration with The Ministry of Public Service and Labour hereby invites International tenders to submit their offers for the Census of Civil Servants.

Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all consultancy firms specialized in the census field.

Tender documents may be obtained from the Central Secretariat of the Rwanda Public Procurement from 13 August 2008.

Well-printed and bounded bids, presented in 4 copies one of which must be the original and 3 copies marked “original” and “copies” accordingly. The original and all copies of the technical proposal shall be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Technical Proposal”and the original of Financial Proposal shall be placed into sealed envelope clearly marked “Financial Proposal” and all copies with a mention “Do Not open With the Technical Proposal.” The envelopes containing the Technical and Financial proposals shall be placed into an outer envelope, sealed and should reach: THE DIRECTOR OF RWANDA PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY P.O.Box: 4276 TEL.: (250) 501403/501404/501405

The deadline is 26september 2008 at 9 am prompt local time.

Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will remain valid for 90 days effective from the submission deadline.




The opening of the technical bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 10.00 a.m. prompt local time at the RPPA conference-room.
