Se vor incheia cel putin 5 contracte subsecvente care vor avea ca obiect auditul celor cinci mari ansambluri de locuinte grupate in doua zone, elaborarea strategiilor de dezvoltare cu consultarea actorilor implicati si instruirea personalului primariei implicat in aplicarea strategiei de dezvoltare.
