lodging appeals: A 19-calendar day standstill period was incorporated into
the ERF timetable following the award decision; this allowed any
unsuccessful suppliers to seek further debriefing from the Authority.
During this period several requests for debriefs were received from
suppliers and all were carried out in the required timescales. No formal
appeals were lodged during the 10-day Alcatel period in respect of the
award decision.
