Such of the parties who are registered chassis manufactures; fulfilling the following Pre- Qualification conditions may participate in the tender.
1.Only registered manufactures are eligible to participate. 2. The manufacture should be a registered chassis manufacturer. Certification of incorporation/Registration issued by the department of industries and commerce/ registrar of companies is to be enclosed. 3. The manufacturer should have the approval for the model of chassis offered in the tender from the automotive research association of India, Pune of similar authority. The tenderer should produce a copy of the certificate issued by ARAI or similar authority for every model offered in the tender. 4.The manufacturer should have minimum annual turnover of Rs. 500 crores during the preceding three years i.e. during the years 2005-06, 2006-07 & 2007-08 form the sale of chassis.
The tenderer having the above pre-qualification can obtain the tender from the office of the chief mechanical engineer, NEKRTC, central Offices, Gulbarga.
5.The cost of the tender form shall be paid in the form of Demand Dragt drawn in favour of the chief Accounts officer-cum -Financial Advior, NEKRTC, payable at Gulbarga.
6. The tender should be submitted in two cover system and EMD of Rs. 5,00,000/- in the form of Demand Draft in favour of C.A.O. & F.A.m., N.E.K.R.T.C., payable at Gulbarga- 2 shall be placed in pre-qualification cover and only price quotation shall be kept in the cover containing commercial bid.
