Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractorto provideall labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources tocompletethis project.The work involves the construction of an addition to a 115-kV high voltageelectrical substation near Forman, North Dakota. The principal componentsofthe work include but are not limited to sitework, concrete foundations,galvanized steel structures, outdoor electrical equipment and otheradditionalitems as described on the drawings and specifications. The work is locatedinSargent County, North Dakota. This solicitation is 100% Full and OpenCompetition - Sealed Bids. The estimated construction magnitude of thisproject is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All work is to be completedwithin210 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All responsiblebusiness concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by thisAgency.This solicitation will be issued on or about August 12, 2008 and theprojectedbid opening date is September 11, 2008. Interested bidders must email, faxormail the Contract Specialist to request the specifications and applicabledrawings. DO NOT post any questions or responses to this IFB on IIPS.
