- declaratie privind neincadrarea in situatiile prevazute la art. 181 din O.U.G. nr. 34/2006 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare;
- certificat de atestare fiscala eliberat de Ministerul Economiei si Finantelor-Agentia Nationala de Administrare Fiscala din care sa rezulte ca sunt achitate la zi toate obligatiile catre bugetul de stat consolidat - original sau copie legalizata;
- certificat constatator emis de Oficiul Registrului Comertului - original - valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor.

- declaratie privind lista principalelor prestari de servicii in ultimii 3 ani (contracte cu valoare de minim 200000 RON fara TVA sau echivalentul a 56014 EURO fara TVA);
- recomandare de la un beneficiar specificat in declaratia privind lista principalelor prestari de servicii;
- document prin care se atesta implementarea sistemului de management al calitatii (SR-EN- ISO 9001/2001 sau echivalent);
- document prin care se atesta implementarea sistemului de management al sigurantei alimentare HACCP conform H.G. nr. 924/2005;
- declaratie privind partea/partile din contract care sunt indeplinite de subcontractanti si specializarea acestora

- in ultimii 3 ani operatorul economic a incheiat sau finalizat cel putin un contract care a avut ca obiect prestarea activitatii de hranire (servicii de restaurant si de servire a mancarii in sala - cod C.P.V. 55300000-3 sau servicii de cantina si servicii de catering - cod C.P.V. 55500000-5) si care a avut valoarea de minim 200000 RON fara TVA sau echivalentul a 56014 EURO fara TVA.
