VI.3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A. The Contract and the matters arising out
of it will be considered as a contract made in Scotland and subject to
Scots Law.
B. The successful tenderer(s) will require to execute delivery of any
orders he receives from any Health Board in Scotland within reasonable
time during the period of the contract unless specific arrangement is
agreed between the Agency and the Suppliers.
Tendered prices must be expressed in Sterling and payment of these prices
will be made in Sterling.
II.3) Duration of the contract or time-limit for completion: completion 36
Months with an option to extend for a further period of up to 12 months
without further call for competition. This option at the sole discretion
of the contracting authority.
