years with an option to extend for 1 more year. Training groups (10 - 15
per course) in Business Process Improvement plus limited follow-up group
coaching. Approx. 4 groups to be trained each year. Training of groups to
take place over 3 or 4 days divided into 2 modules with break between
modules followed by one coaching day approx. 6 weeks after training.

days each (NB course to be split into 2 separate modules threrfore giving
16 sessions) plus approx 8 coaching sessions of one day each, plus supply
of training materials, all within a two year period.

Specific dates for the training and the coaching will be mutually agreed
between the ODU Department of Finance and the supplier and such dates will
be subject to the availability of training facilities at the training
loaction.
