II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): GMIT will
establish a 4-year Framework Agreement. It is intended to admit one
economic operator to the framework. Galway Mayo Institute of Technology
(GMIT) would like to establish a framework agreement with a single
operator for the supply of Audio-visual Equipment.
The awarding authority reserves the right to award the contract to a
single operator/company. The type of procedure being used is the
Restricted Procedure.
The duration of the contract will be for four (4) years from the contract
award date. The initial contract to be awarded under the framework will be
for two years, thereafter further contracts will be awarded on foot of the
initial award criteria or a subset of same.
All contracts subsequently awarded will be subject to a satisfactory
review of performance.
