II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Bergen
municipal buildings task is to cover Bergen municipality’s requirement for
premises and has i.a. Torget in Bergen at its disposal. In order to manage
Torget as efficient as possible, framework(s) shall be entered into for
daily and periodic cleaning and various other cleaning services. Torget in
Bergen utilizes areas both indoor and outdoor.

It is required that the supplier demonstrates good ability to carry out
the assignment in accordance with the Awarding Authority’s requirements.
Documentation required:
— Overview of the company’s total manpower and personnel with specific
competence in relation to the procurement,
— Overview relevant equipment and the capacity of the equipment.
Requirements regarding experience from corresponding assignment:
It is required that the supplier has considerable experience from
corresponding assignments. A list which shows the extent, values, dates
and awarding authorities or recipients shall be attached the tender. The
list shall also contain overview of the contact person for each delivery
as well as the contact person’s telephone no. and e-mail address.

The supplier must have valid certification from "Ren Utvikling" or
"Godkjent Renholdsbedrift".
