seeking to appoint a specialist Manual Exhibition Interactives Company and
a specialist Software Exhibition Interactives and Audio Visual Company.
The package will include development works with the Exhibition Team,
production, installation and commissioning.

3) QUANTITY OR SCOPE: A suitably qualified/ experienced specialist
exhibition company to develop with the Project Team, produce/ fabricate,
install and commission manual interactives company.
Estimated cost excluding VAT: 182 000 GBP.

1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: Exhibition Audio Visual and Interactives Software.
2) COMMON PROCUREMENT VOCABULARY (CPV): 92521100, 72500000.
3) QUANTITY OR SCOPE: A suitably qualified/ experienced specialist
exhibition company to develop with the Project Team, produce, install and
commission audio and visual/ interactives software.
Estimated cost excluding VAT: 67 000 GBP.
SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required: The right to request
appropriate guarantees, bonds, warranties and insurances is reserved.
III.1.2) Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or
reference to the relevant provisions regulating them: Payment terms will
be indicated in the tender documentation; Tenders to be priced in GBP and
payments will be made in GBP; the funding for the project includes but is
not restricted to contributions from the Heritage Lottery Fund, Garfield
Weston Foundation and Exeter City Council.
