The Deschutes National Forest anticipates advertising for a multiple award, multiple-year IDIQ contract for Fuels Treatment. Work will include mechanical thinning, mowing, grapple piling, and slashbusting. Task Orders will be competed amongst the awardees for future work. The Period of Performance will be through December of 2011, with work commencing the fall of 2008. The RFQ and associated documents will be posted to FedBizOps around July 30, 2008 with quotes due 30 days later.
