T.M.A. Manjhand is willing to auction following Pakistan Tax/ Fee for the Financial Year 2008-09 on 31-07-2008, second time 01-08-2008 and third time 02-08-2008 at 12:00 noon respectively in the office of the undersigned on following terms and conditions (Also will be executed model agreement).
The details of said tax can be seen in the office of the Taluka Officer (Regulation), Taluka Municipal Administration, Manjhand on presentation of participation fee (Non-Refundable) and call deposit on any working day/ hours before auction.
The auction will be made on above dates and time in presence of auction committee and interested participants/ contractors or their authorized agents.
Other terms and conditions can be seen in the office of the Taluka Officer (Regulation), Taluka Municipal Administration Manjhand on any working day during working hours.
Terms and Conditions: (1) The participant must be competent to enter in the contract (enlisted in TMA Manjhand).
(2) No Conditional Auction will be entertained.
(3) No one can participate without call deposit (10%) and pay order of participation fee (non-refundable).
(4) If the undersigned happens to be out of the headquarters on the date of auction, the same will be auctioned on the next working day at 12.00 Noon and in case of no response, the same will again be auctioned on 11th August, 2008.
(5) NTN Certificate is necessary for all participants. Defaulters cannot participate in auction (clearance certificate required/ also submit affidavit).
(6) The successful contractor must deposit Rs. 25% (except call deposit) of contractual amount at the time of possession & give 10 cheques of remaining amount on 25th of every month in advance after that the agreement will be executed and possession will be handed over; otherwise, the contract will be cancelled and re-auctioned.
(7) The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all auctions without assigning any reason or notice.
