Nature of the needs:

As part of regional meeting of Elders organized by Correctional Service of Canada, the contractor will have to provide the services of reception, accommodation, rooms and meal for a group about 35 persons.

Obligatory qualifications:

The obligatory qualifications are indicated in the request for proposal.

Period:

Available dates must be September 28, 2008 till October 3, 2008.

Fixing of the costs:

The tenderer must indicate a rate for each items mentioned in the request for proposal.

The date of closing of the tenders is on AUGUST 8, 2008 to 14: 00 hours.
