Documente din care sa rezulte faptul ca ofertantul nu se incadreaza in situatiile prevazute la art. 180 si 181 din OUG 34/2006. Certificat constatator emis de Oficiul Registrul Comertului. Certificat Unic de Inregistrare. Certificate constatatoare privind indeplinirea obligatiilor exigibile de plata a impozitelor si taxelor catre stat, inclusiv cele locale, precum si a contributiei pentru asigurarile sociale se stat pentru ultima luna incheiata financiar.
