Campus, Clash, Tralee, Co. Kerry by no later than 12noon on Tuesday 26th
August 2008.
It is the responsibility of tenderers to ensure that the tender has been
delivered on time. The Institute of Technology Tralee will not consider
tenders that are received late.
No proposal shall be deemed to have been accepted unless such acceptance
has been notified to the successful tender in writing by the Institute.
Proposals submitted must be strictly in accordance with this tender
documentation.
This tender document must be signed and returned with your tender
submission.
Questions listed in the Vendor Questionnaire must be answered and
presented in the order asked. This questionnaire must be returned with
your tender submission.
The Bona Fide Certificate must be signed and returned with your tender
submission.

The Institute does not bind itself to accepting the lowest or any tender,
and reserves the right to re-advertise the contract.
The Institute's decision in the awarding of contracts shall be final.
The Institute shall not be financially or otherwise responsible for any
losses or expenses which may be incurred by the tenderer in the
preparation and submission of your tender.
The Institute of Technology Tralee is subject to provisions of the Freedom
of Information Act 1997. If an applicant considers that any of the
information submitted by the applicant is either commercially sensitive or
confidential in nature, this should be highlighted and reasons for its
sensitivity specified. In such cases, the relevant material will, in
response to F.O.I. requests, be examined in the light of the exemptions
provided for in the F.O.I. Act.
