Renovation of Building 376 North Wing per Specification No. 50263B dated July 1, 2008, Issued for Bid Drawings dated July 1, 2008 (108 sheets) and Philips Medical Systems Final Site Preparation Support Document Drawing Package dated 5/21/08. (A) Offeror�s proposal must be divided into three distinct sections: technical proposal, schedule and price. No reference to price is to be included in either of the other sections. (B) Contractor shall: � Provide all management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment as defined by this contract. � Plan, schedule, implement and assure effective performance of all services under their contract for the renovation of Building 376 North Wing totaling approximately 21,000 sq. ft. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: TUESDAY, 1:30 P.M. EDT, AUGUST 5, 2008, BLDG 549 CONFERENCE ROOM B. Prospective contractors may review the drawings and specification at Building 1050, Room 101 at Ft. Detrick in Frederick, MD or may purchase the drawings and specification package through Service Point USA, 1129 20th Street NW, Washington, D.C.; Point of Contact: India Chisley; Ph. (202) 466-6453. Cost: Full-size drawing set approximately $120.00, half-size set approximately $40.00; two-volume specification set approximately $60.00.
