Albuquerque Job Corps Lease and Maintenance Agreement Request for Proposal (RFP) Del-Jen, Inc. a Fluor Company is soliciting bids from a qualified vendor to provide copier lease to own service to replace its current copiers. Albuquerque Job Corps is a national education and training program administered by the Department of Labor. The Albuquerque Job Corps (AJCC) has a requirement for Lease and Maintenance of commercial type copiers in support of the Education and Training of 415+ students and administration. AJCC intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a request for competitive bids basis to provide cost per copy services for a three (3) year base period. Performance begins 1 September 2008 through 30 August 2009. This requirement requires the contractor to furnish all labor, transportation, parts, equipment and supplies except paper necessary to lease and maintain approximately nine (9) copiers at Albuquerque, New Mexico. AJCC is replacing 6 copiers with an additional 3 copiers to be used through out the center. Current copiers are obsolete and will be replaced by end of August 2008. Socioeconomic & GSA set aside is preferred. Responses to this RFP must be received at the Albuquerque Job Corps no later than, 4 P.M. (local time), July 23, 2008. Document Specifications Document quality is to meet the highest industry standards in terms of readability, scanability, and overall appearance. All digital copiers must have automatic document feeder, duplexing (2-sided copy), sort/staple, and reduction/enlargement. Please include monthly base charge, number of copies included in the monthly charges, and excess copy charges. Monthly lease charges to include maintenance service and supplies. All bids must be on a cost per copy basis. On-site training and technical support must be available on demand. Five days per week/8 hours per day (5 X 8) on-site maintenance is required and if workload demands, additional maintenance will be required on an on-call basis outside normal work hours. A 30 day notice to terminate if Del-Jen�s contract is not renewed.
