): Sealant replacement and restoration of exterior joints at the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Corpus Christie, TexasThe work will consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of all existing sealants, caulk, and sealant backing materials and bond breaker tape from all exterior joints on the Air Traffic Control Tower... All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications and drawings. 1. This project is a total set-aside for Small Disadvantaged (8a) Contractors 2. Construction time is 45 calendar days 3. The NAICS code is 238190 $13.0M - Other foundation structure and Building Exterior Contractors 4. Estimated Bid Range: $ 25,000 to $50,000 The contractor is expected to perform at least 15% of the work using its own employees.6. Mandatory pre-bid site visit will be conducted. The date and time will be specified in the Request for Offer. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING GO/NO-GO CRITERIA IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A SOLICITATION PACKAGE AND/OR AWARD: a. The Contractor shall have a sufficient number of skilled workers thoroughly trained and experienced in sealant application, familiar with sealant manufacturers recommended installation methods and practices, and familiar with the specified requirements and methods required for the proper performance of the work b. The contractor shall be a specialty waterproofing contractor with a minimum of 15 years experience in caulking and waterproofing high rise buildings (over 120 feet c. Contractors must have active registration in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before award can be made. Contractors can register at www.ccr.gov/. d. The contractor shall have completed ten (10) similar projects THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE FURNISHED TO GENERAL CONTRACTORS ONLY.
