SECURITY REQUIREMENT

It is a mandatory condition of this requirement that bidders,
have four (4) employees who hold a
valid personnel security screening, at the level of "SECRET",
granted or approved by the
Canadian and International Industrial Security Division (CISSD)
of the Department of Public
Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) at time of bid
closing.

Requirement:

To provide red-wrapping, packing, shipping and transportation of
communication sound
equipment, on "as and when requested" basis, for the Privy
Council Office, Ottawa, Ontario.
The equipment is to transported across Canada and the United
States.

Period: From date of award of Standing Offer, to two (2) years
inclusive, with the option to renew for one (1) additional year.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
