This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 500 employees

The purchase of 1 each Universal Memory & Logic Programmer. Operating voltage: 100-240 vac plus or minus 10% frequency range, 48 to 63 hz, power consumption: 500 vac max plus or minus 10%, humidity: to o80% non-condensing, operational altitude: 15,000 ft. Also IAW Statement of Work attached.

Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In additional to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO.

Mfr: Data I/O

Justification for Brand Name Only: This programmer is a replacement for the current basic model Unisite manufactured by Data I/O. All the adaptors that were purchased with the original model can be used on the new refurbished Unisite XPI. Data I/O is the only known source for a programmer that will be able to utilize all the adaptors already owned by MXDPB. The contract is required for MXDPB in support of manufacturing projects that require programmed microcircuits as well as for direct support of multiple repair lines throughout EMXS.

In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors.

IAW FAR 52.212-3, Reps/Certs should be completed on-line at www.bpn.gov.
Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation.
