The contractor shall provide the rental of eighteen (18) vehicles in accordance with the attached statement of work.  The contractor shall fully read the statement of work and also include in their response to this request a statement saying that they fully understand the requirement and will be capable of providing the vehicles as requested on 1 Oct 2008.
