Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for Elections Canada.

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 stream for Applications Services, IM/IT Services and Project Management Services.

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for:
Project Manager level 2
Enterprise Architect level 2
IM Modeler level 2
Database Administrator level 2
Software Developer level 3

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

 IT Services Canada Inc..
 Sierra Systems Group Inc.

Description of the requirement:

Elections Canada (EC) is seeking the services of a team specialized in Oracle portal architecture and deployment, on an “as and when required basis,” to validate the deployment process and architecture, assess the risks related to new technology implementation and provide best practices and assistance in order to reduce the risks in deploying the Government of Canada (GoC) Unified Portal Software Solution (UPSS) into EC’s five proposed environments:

i. Development,
ii. Test,
iii. Production,
iv. Production Simulation Environment, and
v. Training.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award date to December 31, 2008.
