is looking to introduce an assisted bike purchase scheme for it's
employees. The appointed provider will be responsible for the lease of the
equipment and the management of the scheme.

tenderers to seek further edbriefing from the contracting Authority before

notification of the award decision to request a debrief and that
information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before the
expiry of the standstill period. Such information should be sought from
