The Chairman, Procurement Committee, Measurement Units, Standards and Services Department invites sealed bids from suppliers/manufacturers for the supply and installation of scientific equipment of the following capacity and the quantity required by the MUSSD.
Bid document consisting of Bid form of general terms and conditions of bid together with its annexure and specific condition applicable to Bid could be obtained from the Director MUSSD on payment in cash non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000/= per set of Bid document.
Bid document will be issued up to 3-30 p.m. on 04.08.2008 Bids close at 10.30 a.m. 05.08.2008 And will be opened immediately thereafter.
The envelop containing the sealed Bid should be addressed to the Chairman, Procurement Committee, Measurement Units, Standards and Services Department, No. 101, Park Road, Colombo 5 and deposit on bid box available in this office or sent by registered post in manner to be received at the above address before the closing date time specified above. Late offers will not be accepted.
Bidders or their authorized representatives are requested to be present at the opening of the Bids.
