The Chairman, Tender Board, Deputy General Manager (REC-S&U) – National Water Supply and Drainage Board, will receive sealed tenders for following tenders at or before 14.00 hours on 30-7-2008.
Tender documents may be inspected and collected from the office of the Assistant General Manager, National Water Supply and Drainage Board, New Road, Bandarwela, between 9.00 hours and 12.00 hours and from 13.00 hours to 15.00 hours on normal working days up to 29-7-2008.
Tenderers or their authorized representatives will be permitted to be present at the time of opening of tenders. Tenders will be opened at the office of the Assistant General Manager immediately after closing of tenders.
Sealed tenders may be dispatched either by registered post to the Chairman, Tender Board, AGMs Office, NWSDB, New Road, Bandarawela or hand delivered to tender box kept at AGMs Office, Bandarwela.
For Items No 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 Tender documents will be issued only on production of letter of request for documents on a business letterhead for those tenderers who have the required ICTAD Registration in the filed as mentioned above. For items Nos 08, 09 and 10 Tender documents will be issued only to tenders who are manufactures or local accredited agents who are experienced in works of a similar nature. Tender documents may be inspected at the office of the Assistant General Manager free of charge prior to collection, if desired.
