Sealed tenders are invited for rates of each item, following spare part of below mentioned vehicle on contract rate basis for one year.
Conditions: (i) Tender documents costing Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) in the name of Finance Director, QESCO, Quetta can be obtained from the office of the undersigned before the opening date.
(ii) Earnest money 5% of the total bid value as call deposit from scheduled bank must be accompanied with the tender.
(iii) Tender shall be received on 29-7-2008 at 1100 Hrs and opened on the same day at 1130 Hrs in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their authorized representatives.
(iv) Late and conditional tenders will not be accepted.
(v) Attested valid copy of Registration Certificate in relevant field from Sales Tax Department, Government of Pakistan, must be attached with the tender.
(vi) Remaining conditions and details are as per tender documents.
