Combines Synopsis/Solicitation The Department of Health Human Service Office of Minority Health (OMH) through the Program Support Center has a continuing requirement for the services and intends to competitively award a Labor Hour contract for services to be performed at 1101Wooton Parkway, Rockville, MD 20852. The contract will be awarded for a base year with four consecutive options of one-year each. The total contract potential period is 5 years. Services will begin on or about 30 September 2008 to 29 September 2012 which is located at the Office of Minority Health, 1101 Wooton Parkway, Rockville, MD 20852. General Scopes of requirement include management of telephone services; library; information, Communication & Outreach, Capacity Development & Technical Assistance, Information Technology, and Internet Clearing House Services. The solicitation is restricted to all small businesses under the (8a) program. Instructions to Offerors under solicitation, HHSP233-2008-RFP-0005, will provide submission details and receipt of offer date. All interested Offerors are encouraged to monitor the FEDBIZOPS to download the entire solicitation package.
