The Department of Veterans Affairs, Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) intends to negotiate a contract for Refuse Collection and Recycling at the Mid-South CMOP located at 5171 Sam Jared Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37130.. This solicitation and the resulting contract have been set aside 100% for small business concerns with NAICS code of 562111 and a size standard of $11.5 Million. FAR 52.219-6(b)(2) will be strictly adhered to, and this will be accomplished by "Best Value". Contract will be for a base year and up to four option years. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments. Telephone requests will not be honored. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
