Contractor to provide various construction disciplines for work at Fort Detrick, MD. The Government anticipates a Multi-Award ID/IQ contract, base year with the possibility of four (4) option years, if exercised by the Government, to the following set-aside designations: Small Business; 8(a) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. Contractors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in the NAICS code 238 series. All requests for the solicitation package must be made in writing. No telephone calls will be accepted. Anticipate the release of the solicitation o/a 31 Jul 08; technical questions due o/a 13 Aug and bid opening o/a 2 Sep 08.
