NUMBERED NOTE 22 IS APPLICABLE. THE SOLICITATION FA8101-08-T-0120 WILL BE POSTED IN FEDBIZOPPS ON OR ABOUT 23-JUL-08. Require a magnetic particle inspection bench with two outputs, a 16 inch 5 turn coil and capacity to inspect a part of 100 inches in length. This equipment must have an amperage capability of 6,000 amperes AC and 10,000 amperes FWDC. It must have an AC and reversing DC demag capability. It must be adaptable to standard 230V/460V and 50-60 Hz/3 Phase electrical current. It must include a folding hood, fan console, white light, cool running blacklight and a hand hose for applying bath suspension. Must also include braided copper pads with molded "V" block, 1 inch diameter x 18 inch long copper conductor, centrifuge tube w stand, and operation manuals. Must be no larger than 124 inches x 30 inches to fit into the existing space footprint.
