This requirement is for providing all materials, equipment, labor, and tools to remove and replace two complete unit substations, one unit substation primary switch, and other electrical equipment at Arnold AFB TN. The performance period shall be 196 calendar days after issuing Notice to Proceed. The estimated construction magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
