Description	The Court is seeking to identify a suitably qualified and experienced organisation that has the capability of providing a professional and confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to staff and their immediate families to assist them in dealing with a wide range of personal and work related issues. The Court also requires reports of statistical and qualitative data from the EAP which will assist them to identify trends and 'hot spots'. EAP counselling should be solution focused and provided by qualified Counsellors with an awareness of how workplace and personal issues can impact on both individual and organisational health.While the Courts' preference is to engage a single national provider for the provision of the required Services, the Court may, at its absolute discretion, elect to engage the services of more than one provider on a panel arrangement.
