The Executive Engineer, PWD Civil Division No. III, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa on behalf of the President of India invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors and other on approved list M.E.S. railway and State P.W.D. This is invited for following works so as to reach on or before 24-07-2008 up to 15.00 hours by R.P.A.D. or to deposit in the Tender Box kept in this office in separate envelope for each work. All the tenders will be opened on the same day, if possible.
The earnest money deposit should be in form of fixed deposit receipt from any schedule bank drawn in favor of the Executive Engineer, PWD Civil Division No. III, Dadra and Nagar Haveli; Silvassa should be attached with the tender. The earnest money deposit should not be forwarded by Cash/DD/Cheque. The tender in the above manner will be summarily rejected.
The application and fees for issuance of the tender documents from eligible contractor will be accepted up to 14-07-2008. Blank tender documents will be issued to eligible contractor on 21-07-2008.
Income tax Clearance Certificate and Certificate from concerned Executive Engineer for satisfactory completion of similar works executed in past, list of works on hand with the tender amount should also be enclosed with the application for tender. The tender fees are non-refundable.
Agency will quote rate in figure and amount for each item. They should work out the requisite total. Rates, amount and total should invariably be given in figure and words without fail. Failing that, tender will not be considered. Blank tender will not be supplied by post.
Right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof is reserved by the undersigned.
Suppliers will abide by the additional conditions listed in the tender documents.
