Sealed Tenders for the following constructions are accepted up to 10.00 a.m. on 24.07.2008 by Chairman, Procurement Committee, District Secretary's Office, Ratnapura. Tenders will be opened at 10.15 a.m
Bidding Documents could be obtained during office hours up to 2.30 p.m. on 22.07.2008 from Chief Accountant on submission of the receipt for cash payment of relevant form fee to the account of District Secretary.
ICTAD Registration Certificate for Grade M 07 or above as mentioned in the schedule should be submitted in order to obtain bidding forms.
The relevant project should be mentioned on the top left corner of the sealed envelope.
Bidding Forms could either be sent by Registered Post addressed to District Secretary, District Secretary's Office, Ratnapura or deposited in the Tender Box kept in the Room of Chief Accountant.
The construction of Vidatha Sampath Centre of Divisional Secretary's Office, Kuruwita, mentioned in the Item 2 of the Schedule is to be done according to the low expense technique and Contractors with similar qualifications will be given preference.
(Pre-made equipment required for the construction should be obtained from the NERD).
The decision of the Procurement Committee on choosing the Bids will be final.
