Director Institute of Skin Diseases Sindh, Karachi invites tenders for the purchase of Medicines, Chemicals, Diet, Uniform & Miscellaneous Items for the year 2008-2009.
The Tender Forms can be obtained from the office of the Director, Institute of Skin Diseases Sindh, Karachi, Regal Chowk, Saddar, Karachi And the Deputy Secretary, (M & I Cell), Health Department, Government of Sindh, Block No. 24, Karachi. Tender Forms can be obtained from 15th July, 2008 to 29th July, 2008 during the office time, i.e. 8.30 to 1.00 p.m.
The Tender Fee is Rs.500/-, which is non-refundable. The Government Registered Contractors, Suppliers, Firms who possess N.T.N No. & Sales Tax No. and also certified from Drugs / Medicine Certificate, can participate.
The last date of submission of Tender is 29th July, 2008. All Tenders will be opened on 30th July, 2008 at 12.00 Noon in the presence of Contractors, Suppliers, Firms or their representatives at office of the Director, Institute of Skin Diseases Sindh, Karachi.
The Officer concerned has the right to cancel / reject one or all the tenders without assigning any notice.
Note: Only those pre-qualified firms & suppliers, who have already participated, will be preferred.
