NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID
Supply of Winches and Windlass for Hoang Sa and Sao Mai-02 vessels (Project Ref. VT-438/08-VSP1/btd).

"Vietsovpetro" Joint Venture (VSP) will organize a Bid for purchasing of the above mentioned Goods. So, we kindty invite Bidders who are interested in" this Bid and have experience and capabilities to participate in this Bid.

. Time to deliver Bid Document: from 21st July 2008.
From 7:30 a.m to 11:00 a.m and 2:00 p.m. to4:30 p.m.
. The closing time for receipt of Bid Proposal: 8:00 a.m of HaNoi time on 20th August 2008.
. Method for selection of Bidder: International open bidding.
. Bid Proposal shall be opened publicly at Vietsovpetro Office: 105 Le Loi Str. Vung Tau City within one hour upon the Bid closing time. All Bidders are invited to participate in the Bid Opening.
. Legal condition for Bidders:
Having Certificate of Business Registration or Certificate of Activity Registration (The certificate must be authorized by State Public Notary).
Having financial Capability and Experience which meets requirements in Bid document. Bidder's representatives who comes to Vietsovpetro for getting Bid document must submit a recommendation letter issued by duly authorized representatives of Bidder and Identity Card or Passport.
. Bid Document shall be sold at VND500,000 at Commercial Dept., J. V "Vietsovpetro" 105 Le Loi Str., Vung Tau City, S.R.VietNam. Room 306, Building A27-MR.
