Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) requires the professional
services of a contractor to provide bilingual x-ray technician
services. The contractor must provide x-ray service by taking
x-trays in accordance with clinical processing indicated in CSC
policies and directives, and must also provide all other
services listed in the Statement of Work. The services must be
provided at the Shepody Healing Center, CSC, Dorchester, New
Brunswick, during the period from 01 August 2008, or date of
award, to 31 July 2009, with options available to extend the
period of the contract for up to 2 periods of 1 year each.

At bid closing, the contractor's proposal must be supported by
proper and adequate detail to demonstrate meeting the following
mandatory requirements:

-proposed personnel must be a member in good standing with the
Canadian Association of Medical Radiation technology (CAMRT)
-proposed personnel must be licensed to work as a X-ray
technican in the Atlantic provinces;
-proposed personnel must have working proficiency in both
official languages (English and French);

This requirement contains a security clearance.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages.
Delivery Date: 01/08/2008

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
