Tender Security Money: Tk. 3,30,000/- (Three Lack Thirty thousand) only.
Price of Tender document: Tk. 1500/00 (Tk. One thousand five hundred) only. Non-Refundable.
Office Selling Tender Document: Office of the undersigned and all Executive Engineers, under Barisal PWD Circle, Barisal and any one Division under PWD Zone offices at Dhaka, Khulna, Chittangong , Sylhet, Rajshahi and office of the A.I.G (Estate and Development). Police Head Quarters, Dhaka and Divisional Commissioner, Barisal.

Opening of Tenders: Office of the Executive Engineer, Perojpur PWD Division, Perojpur. On 13-08-2008 at 12-00 Noon in presence of Tenderers of their authorized representatives who may like to remain present.
a) Reputed contractors / Construction firms who have minimums 5 (Five) years of general experience in Building construction works.
b) Construction Firms who have successfully completed construction of similar nature of work of amounting of Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lakh in a single tender in Government / Semi Government / Corporations / Autonomous organization in/c. sanitary and water supply arrangement and Electrification.
The work certificate for successful completion of a construction work shall have to be issued by the Officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid assets) Cash-flow and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall be Tk. 35.00 (Thirty-Five) Lack. Statement from the concerned Bank/Authority shall have to be submitted with Tender.
d)The tenderer must have up to dale Vat Registration TIN Certificate. Trade license and Original money receipt to be enclosed along with the tender.
Special Instruction:
a) The Tenders shall duly fill in the form W-1 as per format given in tender submission sheet (TSS).
(b) Rate must be quoted both in figures and in words for each item of work in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) where the rates have been asked to quote.
(c) Furnishing of any false misleading document any result in rejection of tender and may lead action and may lead to action under Reg. 15 of PPR-2003.
(d) The competent authority reserves the right to accept of reject any tender without assigning any reason whatsoever. The tender notice is brief and the details of the tender can be seen from the office of the undersigned during office hours.
(e) No Tender will be sold on the receiving date.
(f) If it is proved at any stage that information furnished in the tender by the tendrer(s) is false and the tender is signed and submitted in a way of fraudulent practice instead of signing the same by the actual tenderer, his tender/work order will be outright rejected and action will be taken according to ITT.3.
(g) All Photocopies submitted with Tender document must be duly attested by a class-1 gazette Government Official with name and date.
(h) Tender document must be submitted within sale cover the named of the work clearly super scribed on the cover.
i) Payment of bill will be made after getting fund.
ii) The Tenderer must posses valid ABC contractor licence from Electricity licensing board of Government of Bangladesh.
Av. Annual Turnover: Shall be greater than Tk. 132.00 (One hundred Thirty Two) Lack over the last 5(Five) Years.
Liquid Assets: The minimum amount of liquids assets and /or credit facilities shall be Tk 35.00 (Tk. Thirty Five Lack).
Right of Procuring Entity: The authority reserves the tight to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof before awarding contract and is not bound to accept lowest Tender.
