This is a notice issued to obtain commercial sources qualified and interested in providing a commercial item proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for the repair of an Everest VIT Videoprobe, model # PXML625A and serial # 0143B5257, for Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The contractor should provide all personnel, equipment /facilities, tools, materials, supervision and other items/services necessary to provide this product for Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The scope on the probe is not operational and needs repair. Further information will be provided during the solicitation phase. All responsible sources may respond by e-mail to express interest. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html to be eligible.
