FOR PURCHASING SPARE PARTS FOR ANTICORROSION MACHINES (SPARE PARTS FOR METAL SURFACE DESCALING MACHINES)
Vietsovpetro Joint Venture (VSP) plans to organize bidding for the bidding package named "Provision of spare parts for anticorrosion machines (spare parts for metal surface desca1ing machines) - VSP's Inquiry No. VT-277108-VSPOl for production needs in the form of open international competitive tender funded by VSP's plan of materials and equipment purchase for the year of2008.
VSP invites all bidders who have sufficient capacity, experience, and conditions to participate in the
bidding for supplying goods for the bidding package.
Bidders who are interested in participating in bidding for the bidding package mentioned above may find more detailed information at VSP's Commercial Department, address: No. 105 LeLoi Street, Ward 6,VungTau City, 84-64-839871/838662-Ext.2284, Fax:84-64-839857 ( in room No. 104, Building of Division of Management and Exploitation of Gas Projects) and can buy a full set of Bid Invitation Document at a non-reimbursed amount ofVND500,000,OO (five hundred thousand Vietnamese dong) at above said address.

The time for selling the Bid Invitation is from 08 h 00 on 25 July 2008 to 11 h 30 on 25 August 2008 (in working time).
Bidder's representative who comes to VSP for getting bid invitation documents must have recommendation letter issued by Bidder's duly authorized people and Identity card or passport.
The Bid Proposal document should be attached by a guarantee for bidding with a value of 5,000.00 USD (Five Thousand United States Dollars) in type of Bid Bond and should be sent to VSP's Head Office, address: No.1 05 Le Loi Street, Ward 6, Vung Tau City no later than 14 h 00 (Hanoi time) on 25 August 2008.
