In conformitate cu prevederile art. 180 si 181 din OUG 34/2006, solicitam ofertantilor prezentarea de documente care sa ateste ca nu au fost condamnati prin hotarare definitiva a instantelor de judecata pentru coruptie, frauda, spalare de bani, participare la activitati ale unei organizatii criminale, ca nu este in stare de faliment sau lichidare, ca si-a platit obligatiile catre bugetul local si bugetul de stat, nu a fost condamnat pentru fapte care au adus atingere eticii profesionale si nu prezinta informatii false in legatura cu cele solicitate anterior.
Cerinta minima obligatorie: se vor completa formularele anexate documentatiei de atribuire-Anexa 2a si Anexa 2b.
De asemeni solicitam copie de pe certificatul constatator eliberat de ORC.

Demonstarea capacitatii economico-financiare a ofertantilor se va face prin prezentarea bilantului contabil al ofertantului la 31.12.2007, a formularului privind cifra de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani(Anexa 3), acestea fiind cerinte minime obligatorii.
