General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 29,530 rentable square feet to produce between 25,650 and 26,800 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of space in an area of the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas Metroplex bounded by Interstate 30, State HIghway 157, State Highway 183, and Belt Line Road. The space is required for Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, Dallas Facility Center. The Government also requires 78 parking spaces. The space is required for a period of 10 years, 5 years firm. The space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, professional surroundings; or in an office, research, technology or business park with a campus-like atmosphere; or on an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional in appearance.
