Tender ia open to all eligible tenderers mentioned below. 1. Enlisted Contractor of any Gas Co. under Petrobangla. 2. Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience and also having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (One) number of work of similar nature amounting to Tk. 25.00lakh during last 5 (Five) years in a single lender.
3. The tenderer must have u minimum average annual turnover of Tk. 150.00lakh over the last 5 (Five) years. 4. The Tendering Capacity of the tenderer must satisfy according to ITT 13.1(b). ;5. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/cash flow capacity of: Tk. 35.00 lakh lot 2 (Two) months work. Office of the Divisional Commissioner. Dhaka, Office of ihe Executive Engineer. The experience certificate for successful completion of gas connection work shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of executive engineer of concerned department organization duly verified by the concerned officer of gas company of that locality under executive engineer of PWD of that district area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done, if the tender submits false/incorrect or forged certificate or statement the tender security may be forfeited, if the quoted rate of any item is found nil or abnormally less than the correspondent rate of current PWD schedule of rates and amount equivalent to complete that item of work as per PWD schedule of rates may be retained form the running bill till that item of work is completed by the contractor, the procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tender prior to acceptance.
