Tenders .are invited for the sale of the under mentioned obsolete printing machines and other accessories belonging to the State Printing Corporation, Panaluwa, Padukka.
Tender Forms for the abovementioned items and other details could be obtained from the Supplies Manager, State Printing Corporation, Panaluwa, Padukka from 07.07.2008 up to 07.08.2008 during the normal working hours, after depositing a non-refundable sum of Rs. 200.00 to the Cashier of the Corporation.
These Machines and Accessories could be examined at our Factory premises State Printing Corporation, Panaluwa, Padukka, from 07.07.2008 to 06.08.2008 from 9.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
Separate Tender Forms should be submitted for each items separately. Accepting tenders shall be over on 07.08.2008 at 11.00 a.m.
Refundable deposit should be Rs. 2000.00 and receipt could be obtained from the Cashier of SPG by paying cash OR by a pay order mentioning the payee as "State Printing Corporation". The refundable Tender Deposit could be made from 07.07.2008 on all working days from 9.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. up to 10.30 a.m. on 07.08.2008 to the Cashier of the Corporation.
Completed Tender Forms should be submitted by hand or Register mail to Chairman, Procurement Committee, State Printing Corporation, Panaluwa, Padukka on or before 07.08.2008~lT.00 a.m. All tender documents should be sealed and top left hand corner of the envelope should be marked "name of the item and item number" clearly.
Tenders shall be opened at 11.10 a.m. on 07.08.2008 and Tenderer or his authorized Representative will be allowed to be present on the occasion.
Decision taken by the Chairman, lender Board in this regard is final.
