Notification on Invitation to Bid

Vietsovpetro J.Y. plans to organize bidding for the bidding package Wire steel rope (Ref. number VT-334/08- VSP 1) in the form of open competitive tender international.
Vietsovpetro invites all bidders who have sufficient capacity, experience, and conditions to participate in the bidding for supplying goods for the bidding package.
Bidders who are interested in participating in bidding for the bidding package mentioned above may find more detailed information at Commercial Department of Vietsovpetro (Tel. +84 64 839871 ext 2342) and can buy a full set of Bid Invitation at a non-reimbursed amount of VND 500,000 (Five hundred thousand Vietnam Dong) at Room 304, Vietsovpetro's office - 105 Le Loi St., Vung Tau City, S.R Viet Nam.
The time for selling the Bid Invitation is from July 23rd, 2008 to 11 :30AM on August 23rd,2008 (in working hours).
The bidding documents should be attached by a guarantee for bidding with a value of USD 3,000,00 (Three thousand US Dollars) by letter issued by a bank and should be sent to Vietsovpetro's office - 105 Le Loi St., Vung Tau City, S.R Viet Nam no later than 14:00 (Hanoi time) on August 23rd, 2008 (Closing time).
The bidding documents will be publicly opened half an hour after the closing time at
Room 304 Commercial Department of Vietsovpetro.
