NOTICE OF INVITATION TO TENDER

Vietsovpetro Joint Venture (VSP) will organize following tenders for purchasing of "Test System for Submersible Electric Motor" (ITB No.VT-417/08.N2-TTR)

So, we invite Tenderers who are interested in these Tenders and have experience and capabilities to participate in above mentioned Tenders.
Time to deliver Tender Documents: from 08hOO, 21 st July 2008 to 09hOO, 21st August 2008. In the morning from 08hOO to 11hOO; In the afternoon from 14hOO to 16h30.
The closing time for receipt of Tender Proposals is 09 h 00 (Ha Noi time) on 21 st August 2008.
Tender Proposals shall be opened publicly at Vietsovpetro Office: 105 Le Loi Str. Vung Tau City (30 minutes after Tender Closing Time) and all Tenderers are invited to participate in the Tender Opening at this time.
Legal conditions for Tenderer:
+ Having financially independent Capability and Experience that meet requirements in Tender
documents.
+ Tenderer's Representative who comes to VSP for getting Tender Document must have recommendation
letter issued by duly authorized Representative of Tenderer and identity card or Passport.
Tender Documents shall be sold with the price of VND 1,000,000,00 for each Tender Document at Commercial Department of Vietsovpetro Joint Venture 10S Le Loi Street, Vung Tau City, S.R. Viet Nam (BuildingA27).
Tender proposals should be attached with an original of Bid Bond in accordance with Instruction To Tenderers.
